What Are Agents?

Agents are automated workflows within BonData designed to simplify, streamline, and automate your data management processes across multiple systems.

Using Agent means you can effortlessly keep your data accurate and synchronized, reducing manual effort and freeing your teams for more strategic tasks.


Why Use Agents?

Agents help your organization in several critical ways:

  • Automate repetitive tasks: Replace manual, repetitive data actions with automated processes.

  • Maintain high data quality: Quickly identify, correct, and continuously monitor data inconsistencies.

  • Migrate data effortlessly: Simplify moving large volumes of data between systems without complex integration efforts, and without the data being stored in BonData.

  • Single control point: Manage data across all connected systems from one easy-to-use interface, ensuring consistency and accuracy.

  • Proactive notifications: Automatically alert teams about critical data changes or necessary actions.

BonData Playbooks cover several powerful use cases to meet your diverse business needs:

1. Automation Agents

Automate critical business processes by monitoring real-time data changes and triggering actions.

Examples:

  • Notify accounting when invoices become overdue.

  • Automatically prioritize tickets from accounts with low NPS.

  • Escalate critical support tickets exceeding their SLA.


2. Migration Agents

Quickly and seamlessly move large amounts of data from one system to another.

Examples:

  • Migrate closed deals from HubSpot to Salesforce opportunities.

  • Import new Salesforce accounts directly from a CSV file upload.

  • Regularly transfer data updates between CRM and your Data Warehouse.

Ready to start automating and optimizing your data workflows?

1. Set up a "get data node"

  1. Navigate to the Agents tab from your BonData dashboard.

  2. Click "Add first step" and select a "Get Data Node"

    Now choose the required data source (Integration) and the entity

2. Add a Filer node

  • Choose a filter : Click the "+" icon next to your get data node and add an filter.

    Fill the required attributes in order to create the data filter .

  • Please note : If a data source and a filter are from different integrations - a new Bond node will be displayed .

3. Bond Node

Shows AI-generated recommendations for potential connections between

systems.

Once confirmed, these connections help unify your data across different platforms,

ensuring seamless workflows and automation.

Bonds specify which fields from different systems are linked.

4. Set up an "action node" : choose an "Integration " and the required action

2. Save / Test / Run

  • Save your workflow: Click "Save" to save your changes.

  • Test : Lets you simulate the Agent before turning it on. It helps verify that each step works as expected, without actually triggering live tasks (like sending real emails or updating data).

  • Run : To Activate your Agents : Return to the workflows overview and turn the workflow on. It will now automatically run according to its trigger.
